● Carbo loading pre competition
● Slow and constant energy release (Endurance)
● With Isomaltulose Palatinose™ (maltodextrin D.E.1)
During intense and long sports activities, the athletic performance is compromised not only by the loss of liquids and mineral salts, but also by the exhaustion of glycogen supplies and the reduction of sugar levels in the blood.
It is therefore essential to ensure that the athlete has adequate energy supplies before, during and after physical exercise.
The amount of such supply depends on the duration and energy expenditure of the performance.
Carbo Speed is a supplement based on carbohydrates designed for athletes.
It enables slow and long energy efficiency in time, and is suggested for activities of endurance, middle- and long-distance.
It contains highly digestible and absorbable traditional maltodextrins DE10 with low osmolarity; Isomaltulose (Palatinose™), an innovative disaccharide (glucose fructose) with low glycaemic index, equal to 32, for slow energy release, high digestibility and light for stomach and intestine.
Moreover, the product is rich in branched amylopectin, a maltodextrin DE1 obtained from the hydrolysis of corn flour, a complex carbohydrate which is highly digestible and can release glucose in a slow and constant way.
Carbo Speed also contains all the essential energy-producing vitamins.
When dissolved in water Carbo Speed becomes a hypotonic drink that provides constant energy supplies.
The lack of flavouring represents an advantage, especially for endurance sports, as it could disturb the gastrointestinal tract during the performance.
Thanks to its features, Carbo Speed is the ideal way to refuel carbohydrates before or during a physical activity.
