Smarty is a nerve tonic supplement made from particularly synergic natural active ingredients, and it is highly effective to boost concentration, intellectual functions, and energy availability.

Caffeine chemically belongs to the group of Methyl-Xanthines and is capable of determining several systemic effects.

It increases the excitability of the neural cells, facilitates the transmission of the neural impulses, and promotes the availability of fats and sugars for energy purposes.

Caffeine induces an increased availability of adrenaline, which is a stimulant, and determines a temporary improvement of mood.

Taurine is an amino acid present in large amounts in the brain and heart.

It is considered essential in early childhood, as it is useful for proper development of the retina.

Taurine seems to facilitate a more intense exchange of oxygen between blood and tissues, especially in the brain.

Due to this, it is used as a prevention factor in cerebral arteriosclerosis and memory and concentration deficits.

It has an insulin mimetic activity that promotes better cellular use of glucose.

Rhodiola rosea is a medicinal plant that grows in eastern Siberian regions and is possibly considered the most effective adaptogen known today, greater than ginseng and eleutherococcus.

Its root is rich in polyphenols and phenylpropanoids (among which the most important is salidroside), rosavin, rhodiola, rosarina and rosin, whose presence in the extract guarantees its “rosy” quality.

Rhodiola has an anti-stress and antidepressant function.

It improves concentration, boosts anabolic processes, increases the levels of haemoglobin, the number of erythrocytes and reduces the formation of lactic and uric acids.

The recommended functional dosage of rhodiola is 200 mg per day, but the likely effective dosage is around 500 mg per day.

Finally, Smarty contains an innovative extract of Zynamite®, which was clinically proven to possibly increase the electrical activity of the central nervous system, in a similar way as caffeine, but without causing side effects, such as tachycardia and agitation.
