Vita DK2 is an innovative formula combining Vitamins D3 and K2, indicated to keep the bone tissue healthy. 

Vitamin K2 stimulates and regulates bone matrix synthesis. 

Vitamin K2 or menaquinone, which is less available in dietary sources, is essential to build and maintain healthy and strong bones, and to avoid processes of arterial calcification. 

Scientific studies confirm its therapeutic potential in the cardiovascular field, especially in the reduction of the risks of stroke and infarction.

Vitamin D, well known for its main anti-rachitic and mineralising action on the skeleton, has recently been reconsidered for its immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory functions.

For this reason, it is used in the treatment of several pathologies and autoimmune disorders, such as multiple sclerosis, cardiac disease, psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis.

When we talk about Vitamin D, we usually refer to D2 and D3.

Similarly to Vitamin K2, recent studies seem to confirm that the majority of the population does not take adequate amounts of Vitamin D, neither through the diet nor through sun exposure. Indeed, there are very few dietary sources of Vitamin D (for example, cod liver oil and eggs from hens fed with Vitamin D), and it is mostly assimilated thanks to the enriched food.

Proper supplementation thus compensates this deficiency, contributing to the general health of the organism.

Another important field of application of Vitamin D is sports, where it is now used as a prevention of microtraumas and to support the integrity of the muscle fibre, on which it has a protective effect.
