iPep is a food supplement based on a source of isolated, hydrolysed and instantized whey protein: OPTIPEP® 90 DH4, one of the most advanced, complete and qualitative sources of protein available on the market.

Hydrolysis is a process which breaks down proteins into simpler molecular structures, peptides, made up of short chains of amino acids that are highly digestible and bioavailable in a very short time.

Thanks to its features, iPep represents the top nutrition supplement for athletes.

iPep contains 60-65% of amino acids as quickly digestible “di-tripeptides”, it provides 22% of BCAAs and protein of superior quality (biological value B.V.=104).

In addition, it provides an important dosage of calcium and phosphorus.

The new formula is enriched with nucleotides, the DNA bricks which, in certain physiological conditions such as intense stress, infections and sports activities, become semi-essential nutrients.

Indeed, nucleotides facilitate the integrity of the intestinal barrier, have a prebiotic function, encourage the increase of intestinal immunoglobulins, and contribute to controlling cortisol.

An important recent scientific study has confirmed the significant increase in insulin secretion induced after the assumption of Optipep®, which proves that its use is useful in the post-workout phase.

Properties

iPep is ideal in the post-exercise phase, to accelerate the processes of muscle recovery and repair, to facilitate protein synthesis and growth. Its digestibility makes it an optimal supplement for malnourished elderly people who struggle with digesting and assimilating food.


Take 20 g per day (equal to approximately 2 level scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, preferably not before or after main meals.
