Friram is a branched chain amino acid (BCAA) supplement with pharmaceutical quality in a 2.1.1 ratio.

BCAAs are abundantly present in muscles (35% of the total) and represent one of the most important factors of muscle protein metabolism regulation.

During intense and long effort lasting over one and a half hours, they can effectively improve performance.

In such conditions, they contribute to the energy requirements by transforming into glucose and saving muscle glycogen (gluconeogenesis action), increase physical endurance and speed up recovery.

In addition, they compete with the amino acid tryptophan, the precursor of serotonin, which is a substance with inhibitory function on the nervous system.
