MSM is a dietary supplement made from methylsulfonylmethane, a purified form of organic sulphur that is naturally present in all living organisms.

In the order of quantity, sulphur is the third naturally occurring mineral in our organism after calcium and phosphorus.

Nails and hair are made up mainly of an extremely strong high-sulphured protein called keratin.

The cartilaginous and connective tissues also contain proteins with sulphur bonds.
